Submitting claims OON: I provide courtesy billing or superbills to submit to your insurance company.

Do I have out of network benefits for mental health?

Do I have a deductible for out-of-network coverage? If yes how much is it? Has it been met?

What percentage of each session is reimbursed? (for CPT code 90837/ 60 min therapy session)
