  • As an art therapist, I invite creativity into the therapeutic process based on your interest. You don’t have to have any skill; it’s simply another language for expression and self-understanding. Some weeks you might want to just talk, other weeks you might want to create. Either way, the time and space is yours.

Everyone has the capacity for creative expression. Art can help you access insight, process emotions, or just make things feel a little more real.

  • I do not feel stiff and clinical in my therapy sessions. I show up as a real person; someone who is curious, grounded and not afraid of the hard stuff.

  • Healing happens in safe, authentic connection. I see therapy as a two-way human relationship where you are fully seen and deeply respected.

We are both people learning and growing alongside each other. I welcome feedback. I want to know what is working and what is not, and I will remind you that your voice is important in leading your therapeutic journey.

  • I provide a space that is open, safe and affirming to all gender and sexual identities, body types, races, cultural backgrounds and immigration statuses. Therapy should be a safe space for everyone.
